Tech packs, material boards, hardware boards and master swatches. Color held to ΔE standards so reorders do not drift.

Materials

Cowhide programs and PU / synthetic constructions. Sourcing includes South China leather markets when the program needs it.

Quality

Process control at the factory, Hong Kong review, and third-party tests through SGS or BV when the retailer requires it.

Compliance

Prop 65, labeling, country of origin and retailer routing guides treated as part of the SKU, not a separate department.

Licensing

Experience running licensed western and outdoor accessory lines — artwork control, hangtags, and approved construction only.

Logistics

Shipments out of Hong Kong, Yantian and India depending on origin. Packing lists and carton marks built for US consignees.
